Warning to my customers who might accidentally call the phone number listed on the Farm Works Support hours page under Canada: This does not connect you to an official Farm Works location, just another dealer who has agreed to mimic the US support hours of operation. There are no resellers who have an exclusive right or endorsement to offer Farm Works support in Canada.
The Canadian precision Ag market has come into its maturity due to the innovative advancements of hardware manufacturers, software developers and the committed resellers who promote and support these products. As the industry evolves, users need to keep abreast of many updates, trends and changes in the marketplace. No greater changes happen than in the mapping software arena. Updates and improvements are developed many times during a cropping cycle and it is a challenge to keep end users current and informed. Our support hours are flexible: If you need help you are welcome to email anytime. We often are at work before sun-up and still at the desk long into the night; just like our customers. Our committment is to get back to you with an answer as soon as possible and to maintain contact to ensure your needs are met. The 2011 AgTech support package is $150 for the year and includes priority response via email, remote assist, text and phone support plus a special subscriber's login to our online resource and discounted hourly training rates.
